Indiana Criminal Records
To get your record expunged in Indiana, you must first see if you are eligible. Most misdemeanors can be petitioned for expungement after five years from the end of the sentence. Felonies will require eight years from the end of the sentence. After that, you can fill out a petition for expungement.
